Infrastructure

Our state-of-the-art infrastructure is backed with the technically advanced tools and machinery that have facilitated us to manufacture a wide range of products. The entire manufacturing unit is controlled by our effective management team sharpened through years of experience. We are also equipped with automatic winding machine to wind stator coils, baking varnish used for effective insulation property, pneumatic presses to fit bearings, electric ovens to fix stators using shrink fit method. Moreover, quality assurance unit, and R & D unit are an integral part of our infrastructure.

About the Facility

QUALITY

We at Ventura adhere to stringent quality control procedures as per Total Quality Management (TQM) system. Our quality control process / control parameters conform to BIS Standards and are judiciously carried out at every level of production starting from the design stage till each of our product is 100% individually tested by skilled engineers for various field conditions. Our pumps are made using superior raw material and adopting the most modern technology and machinery.

Quality is much more than just investing in the right machinery and processes. Good vendor selection and rating, process control techniques, in process and final stage inspection, internal quality audits among a host of other activities are strictly followed. We believe that quality is the key to achieving complete customer satisfaction and we confirm to ISO 9001:2015 certification standards. In-depth industry knowledge and streamlined work process has earned us the trust amidst our customers.

Our priority has remained the same since throughout the years to deliver the best possible products to our customers. Our passion for perfection in quality has been validated by our customers who have been using our pumps trouble-free for more than 20 years and enabled us to grow our clientele internationally.

PUMP CARE

All pumps are only suitable for pumping clear, cold non aggressive, non explosive water without abrasives, solid particles or fibres.

Check the water level in deepwell submersible and openwell submersible pumpsets as detailed given in operator’s manual before commissioning.

The Performance data and rated voltage are only indicative, actual discharge depends on availability of water in well, based on strength of water source, height of water column, submergence of pump.

Performance applicable to liquid of specific gravity and viscosity as of water.

Friction losses in riser pipe have not been calculated.

Pump should not be operated dry. Install dry run preventer to protect the pumpset from dry running.

Pump should be run for few minutes atleast once in 2 days to prevent from jamming of rotating parts.

Performance applicable to 3 mtr submergence of pump unit in water.

To get better performance, install the pumpset between 50% to 80% of its total head capacity.

Maximum permissible supply voltage should be between - 15% to 6%.

All pumps employ a prime mover motor suitable for 210 – 240 Volts single phase or 380-415 Volts three phase, 50 Hz, Ac Supply.

Use appropriate size, good quality cable as per cable section chart and starter / control panel / protection devices.

Avoid fatal electrical shock or injury by disconnecting power before working on or around the pumping system.

Only technically qualified personnel must perform the works complying with Local electricity rules and regulations.

To reduce the risk of electrical shock during operation an appropriate earthing is mandatory.

The pipe diameters must never be smaller than the pump connections.

Reduce number of bends, elbows, T-bends as much as possible in the pipe tine.

Use long radius bends

Use ISI marked and low friction good quality pipes.

Use Air valves, NRV (Non return valve) in lengthy delivery pipe line to avoid pipe damage and back pressure to motor.

Read our operators manual carefully before installation.
